Our advisers are dedicated to adult and graduate students.
Whether you’re returning to college—or applying for the first time as an adult student—the faculty and staff at Cedar Crest College’s School of Adult and Graduate Education (SAGE) understands that your time is valuable and your needs are unique.
For this reason, SAGE has recently enhanced our admissions and advisement process to deliver a higher level of personalized service to adult students like you. Here is a brief explanation of our process:
SAGE Admissions Advisers
Assisting You with Application & Enrollment
After you first contact SAGE, you will be paired with an admissions adviser who is solely dedicated to serving the SAGE population. Your adviser will provide you with personalized assistance in negotiating the application and enrollment process, validating any transfer credits you may have, locating scholarships and financial aid, and selecting your major.
Your admissions adviser will counsel you up to the point at which you receive your acceptance into Cedar Crest College. At that point, you will be assigned to a SAGE academic adviser.
SAGE Academic Advisers
Assisting You with Course Selection & Registration
After you have been accepted at Cedar Crest, your academic adviser will assist in creating a personalized academic plan. They will also assist in registering you for classes and will answer any questions you may have about your program.
SAGE Faculty Advisers
Assisting You with Accomplishing Your Goals
Your faculty adviser will be assigned to you based upon the program of study that you are pursuing. They will counsel you throughout the course of your Cedar Crest journey.
